I’m excited to share an important update that reflects both our journey and our continued commitment to you. Our flagship solution, Design for Retrieval (DFR), is now Convergence PIM.
For over 20 years, DFR has been the foundation of our company — built on our deep expertise in engineering and PLM data projects. As our customers’ needs have evolved, so have we. Over the past decade, we’ve expanded beyond manufacturing data management into aftermarket and ecommerce, becoming a true end-to-end partner for product data — from concept to customer.
The name Convergence PIM captures this evolution. It represents how we bring together every aspect of product data — engineering, manufacturing, digital commerce — into one unified platform designed for the future of B2B sales.
According to Gartner’s Future of Sales report, by 2025, 80% of B2B interactions will take place on digital channels. Our mission is to ensure you’re ready for that future with data-driven tools and strategies that empower digital, self-serve, and personalized experiences for your customers.
